Talking about Indonesian food, Sure we would never stop finding it restaurant around town. Indonesian food is one my favorite though. I am sure much prefer it then western cuisines. One of famous spot in town is Bebek Tepi Sawah. Which we know this one is came from Bali actually at 1999. Since long time ago they have been famous at there.

A hundreds of Chinese restaurant are easy to be found in this town i think. Almost each corner part of district have chinese food restaurant. One of spot i'd like mention this time is Ming dining. As known, this place has been separated two side where one is dining restaurant and another is hang out cafe. But then, they are decided to combine two place together in one, since it also next to each other. So when you get into this restaurant, you would find out two kind of concept and theme only separated by half wall on the between. Nothing much to describe about chinese food, i guess most of know what kind of food is they are offering. Just similar to other Chinese food restaurant, they are served various of Asian Chinese food.  For first starter i ordered tempting Braised Scallop with Homemade Bean Curd . Talking about this one restaurant, sure most food lover would noticed it. It has been opened several branches in town and the are famous by specialized in pastry and dessert. For me, i do like this restaurant though, other than pastry they also served various of great main course. This time, they are having a new cake choice which is been trending lately. It is called Raindrop Cake. A clear round jelly just exactly like a raindrop served along with the strawberry slices, crumble and sweet dark sauce.

As we know, it has many Japanese restaurant in town nowadays including Yakitori spot where you could have various of skewers in Japanese style. I recommeded one of spot that you would like to visit around South Jakarta. At the ground floor if i do not mistaken, there's a bunch of restaurant along the way. And you could see a huge space of Japanese restaurant with top of signage, Toridoll Yakitori.

But since that weekend i was having a business around, so i decided to stopped by at Mall Kelapa Gading. Since i am afraid about gridlock during weekend, i was going there at the afternoon, as expected it was much easier to get space at parking lot. After done some business until i forgot having properly lunch, so i planned to have some late lunch, but as Pokemon Go been trending these time, i did sure exploring pokestop before around the mall where i could see many teenagers also hanging around by doing their phone as well. One evening, after work. I was with some mates planned to go to restaurant at Mulia Hotel South Jakarta. But that night was absolutely a nightmare traffic around way to there. About almost 2 hrs we just about arrived at that area, and we think about still about 3-4 km to reach the restaurant. So we decided to turn around and head to Senayan City Mall which is closer. After long way through the traffic, we still not sure what to eat since our plan cancelled. Then thought about couple minutes, we were going to One of Japanese restaurant. It is called En Japanese Dining. Front of this restaurant, spotted a fish pond with some beautiful interior make up a pop up garden. I could not see much inside the restaurant, it only has quite small glass door to get in. Apparently, this one is absolutely huge space restaurant. With japanese wooden concept all over the place.     Telling about Grand Indonesia, it would never enough about restaurant and eateries here. One of famous spot is SOHO (Social House) it is where many youth and excecutive hang out with some mates for dining or just enjoy moment by luxury wine. It is located at 1st floor East Mall. From outside this place sure looks insteresting, with classic western wooden concept and there's a tall desk fulled with various kind of wine. It is better for you to make a reservation before since normally quite many customers during dinner time.

After long vacation, now i am back on my routine. Normally it wouldn't be an excitement when after long holiday you have been relaxed, chillin and cosey but suddenly you need get back to work. But i don't know why, i do feel excited about this. Something i did not feel before, i realized this would be my last month working here. I am excited when out from here and start my own home business. Bit nervous but happiness are blended together. Now i am going to tell about the Indonesian restaurant at my fav mall is Grand Indonesia. It is called Mangia, from outside it doesnt looks like typical Indonesia theme, it has vintage touch and decoration with wallpapers.

One of my fav food should be seafood. Around mall of course we could have some choice of restaurant for seafood. One of it i choose Manhattan Fish Market for my dinner last night. Actually they are not the only one restaurant offering various dish of seafood at mall, but as i know they are sure having good quality of ingredients and delicious butter rice. For starter,  i ordered the Salmon Chowder . Thick creamy soup with salmon cubes. It is really creamy, bit salty but i think it is fine and dalmon have nice texture though, it is cooked well done. For the main course. I had a Da Bomb . The plate consisted by butter rice, grilled prawn, dory, scallops, and fried potatoes. It is quite huge plate though. For the prawn taste just fine, it is cooked well done but sauce is too plain i think even though it is in thick red color. The scallop also too plain but since it served along with the sour spicy sauce, i think it is good match. Good thing is dory sure ...

This one restaurant should be familiar in your ear. Bakerzin could be found in malls around jakarta. Actually they are popular by their colorful macaroons, but they also serve various of western and asian heavy meals. Don't forget the various cakes as well.

Talking about Indonesian food, of course we do have unlimited spot to go in town. Either at malls or all around downtown city. Now i'd like to mention one of Indonesian restaurant at Senayan City mall. It is called Dapoer Podjok .

This evening it has a foodies event at Sunny Side Up restaurant, Central Park Mall, Jakarta. This restaurant is about egg since all main dish are made by egg as the main ingredient. Restaurant has lovely concept by bright yellow color all around the spot and wooden pattern with some cute art on the wall. The event is going on 6.30 pm, which i am quite late arrived there after work about 7.00pm. But at least i am not the last. I meet up with other foodies there and we talk about out background story such as living and work also our passion about foods before starting our order.  As recommendation, Sunny Side Up is suggesting for their Omurice with various side dish and sauce also we are available to create our own preference omurice with our choice for the rice, sauce, side dish and condiments. It sure does interesting isn't it..? We together are order quite many variant of omurice, for me i am having  Katsubushi Spicy .

First time having try one of teppanyaki restaurant in Grand Indonesia Mall, Tairyo Japanese Restaurant. This restaurant is spotted at 5th floor around hte spot used for bazaar normally. Not really crowded during weekday after work than on weekend, almost all tables are full. Tairyo has japanese concept which is specialized in teppanyaki dish. They also provided each tables face to teppanyaki grill. We are available to pick any various dish start from vegetables, chicken, meat and seafood also others choice of rice and noodles. Each person is served with  miso soup . It has warm, and nice sense of miso. It is good while it still warm.

It's my day! year has been almost done, time past so fast and i am getting older. But i am graceful for everything, and what cool is, today if the day of the dead :-D. Tonight i am celebrating birthday dinner with my family at one of my favorite restaurant. Njun Njan in Central Park Mall. Actually Njun Njan has few of branch around town, so it should be easy to find this restaurant. Since it is monday, so it is not really crowded. even when i arrived, it's only 2 or 3 tables seated. While waiting my family, i just start order by myself. Which is must is  Birthday Noodle  as Chinese tradition, it is important as symbol for long life.

Never get bored, seafodd has become top of my food list. This time i am visiting Central Park mall and should having my dinner. I picked up place at Fish & Co in Lower Ground. During weekdays, this mall is not really crowded as weekend. So i do not need take a long line to wait.  Fish & Co is one of famous seafood restaurant in town, i had been several time having dish here in several branch since couple years ago. They're offering various seafoods on pan, they are claiming serving by Mediterranean Sea Concept.  Start my dinner, i am having  The Best Fish & Chips,  one of most popular dish in here.
