As the title, yes i was waiting over a hour for having lunch dim sum. Lately, there's new opening Dim Sum restaurant in PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk) one of most trend hang out spot in North Jakarta. First, i did not have a plan to take a dim sun, but since my plan going to another cafe for lunch was disappointed, in 11.00 am the waitress said the menu was not ready, I think when you're ope the restaurant, you should have set all foods ready. So i just went to Tim Ho Wan, one of restaurant with one Michelin star in town. It's specialist in Dim Sum menu. I was surprise when get in the restaurant and it was absolutely crowded. I just ask the waitress how many customers before us, she asked to wait on the 3rd floor. Then i took an elevator just going up, and what even shocking, got around 30-40 people up there same as me waiting for turn to having lunch.

Finally after short weekend as usual, it's Monday again. We all know it's unexcited day for all :'-). Today i'd like to describe a Bazaar trend happening in this town. Last weekend i went to event called BazaarAddic t at Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, this is not the first event bazaar that been held in here, it's been several bazaar before. In Bazaar Addict, we may see many youth opening their own store selling any kind of fashion, accessories, girls and boys stuff, hobby, and of course foods. Nowadays unique foods become trend for most all people in this town. Many new generation having their modern style create new foods, flavor and taste. Other than that, many foods nowadays served with cute and modern package with much more colors, pattern and unique. Today i want to tell about this foods commonly people brough after trip from Japan. Tokyo Banana , actually i never been to Japan, but i had this food as gift from friends for several times. I guess many people in town have been known Tokyo Banana , but i think it's ok fo me to tell little bit what is this.  Tokyo Banana is a sponge cake with filling inside, it has some taste of it like it's original taste, chocolate, strawberry, etc... it just like common sponge cake that we may found in here, but Tokyo Banana has their own taste, not too sweet, very soft texture and each cake with different filling have different pattern on it. for price of this cake, as i heard actually it's not really expensive for what it taste. Martabak , i guess all people in Indonesia know this food. It's sort like a pancake but thicker and filling with any kind of taste e.g chocolate, cheese, peanuts, even nowadays there many custom filling we may found in this town. One of new taste i had couple days ago was Red Velvet Martabak . First as you know basic taste of Martabak are chocolate and friends, but there also have green tea, ovomaltine, cadbury, toblerone and any kind of filling. Especially in this 2015 trend of foods become very inovated. Many old dishes having new kind of taste from cake, cookie, bread, pancake, muffin and many else. IKEA Indonesia , one of biggest store where you can find many kind of home stuff for any room in your house.IKEA has a fresh concept for people doing shopping, they have a new theme of shopping is "serve yourself". In Jakarta, we have some huge furniture and home stuff store e.g ACE Hardware, Informa, etc...But i can say IKEA is having different theme than others. IKEA has been opened for over a half of year which i still remember was really crowded traffic until i couldn't get parking that time. It's common thing for people in here always have a double passion for new trend, store, and absolutely for foods. Since i am new, I am not going to write a lot in this post :-), i am just going to share some foods i had there. One of their favorite dish i had is Swedish Meatballs , its awesome! around Rp 60.000 i could get 20-30 meatballs, just let you know it's a real meatballs! not what you call "flourball" :-D it's served with sauce like mushroom...
