Another Exclusive hotel restaurant we may visit is Sheraton where it is connected direct to Gandaria City Mall. This hotel also quite famous in town since long time ago. One of dining spot here is called Anigré.
This restaurant sure has luxury white elegant concept all over the place. With huge window closed by the long curtain sure give the white clean ambiance. And most stunning here is the presentation of various desserts just like the glass round tower.
I am sure much tempted by all these cakes front of me. Various of shape, colors, and presentation. As we know, hotel buffet sure have amazing desserts to enjoy. As Sheraton also give this sweetness pleasure as well for guests.
During lunch time, it is quite many guests are coming. As i want to take all cuisines in good shape, so i came earlier to shot all food i've seen there. One of interesting part is the seafood. Where i saw there's many kind that you can choose. Start from prawn, mussel, or even a crab.
All served in fresh condition, without any seasoning, so we could enjoy the pure freshness of the seafood. But kinda sad, where i could not find the lime and actually they do not have it. So i took plate of Thai sauce and typical Indonesian sambal. Another section here is the roasted skewers and Vietnam Bánh mì. It is quite good, i find out it is tasty enough.
Step to another section is the fried dish. You could find various kind of fried dish like tempura, fried onion or fried veggies. I did not eat much of this, while there's many other section to have.
Don't miss the Grilled meat section, where i saw a stunning beef on wooden pan is ready to be sliced. It seems all guests craving for this one, and so do i. Gorgeous brown color with great smell and tender meat.
After that, it is not ending yet. There's many other various of Indonesian cuisines as well like gado-Gado, empek-empek, meatball noodles. But i think not all dishes are great here, some of dish could be too plain and other maybe over seasoning. I must say they are not 100% perfect, but for exclusive dining experienced with your mates or family, it could be an option for you.
