Nuart Sculpture Park, Bandung, West Java

Available in Indonesia Language: http://foodiozid.blogspot.com/2016/11/nuart-sculpture-park-bandung-jawa-barat.html

Last month i had to Bandung again, of course for culinary hunting. But apparently this time, i found a great spot where we could enjoy the arts, view also food too. Nuart Park is spotted at Jalan Setraduta Raya around Bandung area. It is located inside the housing estate area, so for easier, you might need to use a map or something to get there.

This is actually an art museum built by one of famous local artist, I Nyoman Nuarta. Maybe some of you do not really familiar with this name. But let's say i mention the Garuda Wisnu Kencana giant statue in Bali. It is one of the famous spot at there and i am sure most local people sure know about it.

In this museum, we could enjoy many of great works by him. Some of real artistic sculpture statues also there's a various mini replica of his awesome previous works.

This place is quite huge apparently. From front side we would welcomed by beautiful statues as well. I am sure all of you would not hesitate to take many of pictures there.

Each room has different statues with magnificent details. I am sure did not missed to take picture any one of the statues. The great thing here is they also set up the perfect lighting position through the art which is we could take picture by easily.

Each artwork has different stories and meaning. Some telling story about various great things happened in our world, also some artworks is represented various symbol of humanity and Indonesia cultures. I am sorry did not mention about the name of statue here, even i am not quite sure all the meaning of those arts there. Many of arts using foreign language or typical language that i couldn't understand.

With many of sculptures artworks, we could spend more than a hour to enjoy the whole area. Each details of arts sure would blown your mind away how they really work on it.

I am sure never bored look at those many times to see clearly the details and material they use to created the sculptures. mostly using hard metal material and i assume it is really a hard work by some people behind this. It doesn't matter, i am sure I Nyoman Nuarta is one of best artist we have in Indonesia.

After finished the museum, it still have backside area where happened to also have various of sculptures. And we may enjoy the green trees around also fresh air and ambiance all around the spot.

Other than that, i also won't miss chance to have a lunch there. Apparently there's a Nu Cafe where they offering various of Bali cuisines. What a great idea, we could enjoy the typical Bali dishes in Bandung. One of favorite dish here is Crispy Duck Tegalinggah.

It served along with white rice and sauteed long beans. I must say duck sure has crispy texture and absolutely delicate seasoning. Duck fried well done, have a good smell and you should enjoy it with various of chilis available

Other than these, i also try the Ayam Betutu Rejasa. The special chicken cuisine in typical Bali style. Chicken covered up by this yellow seasoning and spices also served along with rice and vegetables.

It has really authentic spices that totally original taste of Bali. I am sure recommended this restaurant when you visit here. Along with the great ambiance, mild weather and trees around sure give a great felling while having lunch there.

About the cost, food is much reasonable. with great portion for person and of course by great taste too. Only it would cost you for enter museum ticket cost about Rp 50,000 per person. Not a economical cost than other local museum we may found in town. For once in a time, it could be your choice while hang out in Bandung and take a look various of amazing artworks at there.

Phoenix Gastrobar, Newest Aesthetic Lounge, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta

Bahasa l English Back to writing a blog, okay while I had time to break after the festive season in last December 2022. In 2023, of course, I hope to be able to actively blog again with the latest and interesting information that I think is memorable to convey. So like this bar that just opened in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area of Jakarta. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets. First I'll say the interior is absolutely stunning, with 3 story bar & lounge with stairs that reminds me of Hogwarts, the school in the Harry Potter movies. There is a DJ booth in the main area, a fountain that gives an elegant impression, and a bar station with a magnificent display rack of dozens of liquor. If you have frequently visi

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
