 Korea has become a trend that dominates almost all aspects of music, fashion to culinary. In the Pantai Indah Kapuk area itself, it is very easy for us to find Korean restaurants with unique concepts and diverse food. Goobne is one of the newest restaurants in this area that has only been operating for a few months. From the outside it is clear that a tall white building with a red logo certainly attracts attention.
A spacious restaurant room with a dominant white concept makes the atmosphere bright. Visitors are quite dense during lunch hours so that there are several queues. There is a second floor but is only used when there are too many visitors during the day. A little darker than 1st floor but still bright with windows facing out to the street.
The menu is offered in the form of Korean Oven Roasted Chicken where other restaurants now sell fried chicken with Korean spices, here visitors will be spoiled with roasted chicken which still maintains a juicy bites. Besides being delicious, Goobne according to its meaning also wants to present the sensation of enjoying healthier snacks where each chicken is processed without using fried oil.
Currently Goobne has spread in several countries such as Hong Kong, China, Japan to Indonesia. Some signature menus are worth a try, Goobne Volcano, Goobne Deep Cheese, and my favorite Goobne Cheese Fondue Chicken. Chicken wrapped in flour and then made until cooked, boneless and processed with melted cheese that is rich in flavor.
The serving portion is quite large which is usually for 3-4 Indonesian people, but the info is in Korea itself, one serving is served for 1 person, quite amazing. Besides roasted chicken, you can also enjoy various other menus such as salads, egg roll, tteok-bokki and many others. For the price offered is quite standard, one portion of chicken is around Rp 170,000, you can enjoy it together with several people and are guaranteed to be satisfied.

Phoenix Gastrobar, Newest Aesthetic Lounge, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta

Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Bahasa l English Almost every month we find new restaurants all over Jakarta. This time i visited Kelapa Gading area which i rarely explore. Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts. From the outside it looks magnificent with a big signboard that clearly shows the writing of Monogram. While there is a second floor which is a karaoke area with a different brand.
