Potato Head, Pacific Place Mall, South Jakarta

Bahasa l English

This restaurant is certainly one of the hang out destination that you should visit in Jakarta. Potato Head, which has been operating for a long time in Jakarta and also has several group restaurants located at several points of the city, was greeted with enthusiasm by the Jakarta society. In this Independence month, coincidentally the presence of a young Executive Chef at Potato Head became a breath of fresh air for this restaurant.
Aditya Muskita, a chef I've known before with a variety of modern dishes twist in the Attarine restaurant with unique presentations and flavors that shake the tongue for sure. He at Potato Head this time in the hot afternoon showed some new dishes offered here. Starting with an explanation of the quality ingredients used, creative cooking techniques, distinctive and produce fantastic dishes that deserve thumbs up.
Roasted Cauliflower with smoky, fragrant aroma, cashew lemon dressing that gives a unique and fresh flavor. Then there is a Chili Garlic Prawn with a strong and savory taste, spicy sensation on the tongue that is very well suited to Asia. And most amazingly, Slow Cooked Short Ribs, super tender meat that you can cut each slice just by using a spoon. Each dish is processed with innovative techniques and provides a taste that is very suitable for the tongue of Jakarta and globally.
Not forgetting Potato Head also introduces blackboard menu with a variety of different dishes every day so that visitors can experience a varied dining every time they visit Potato Head. You also certainly already know the atmosphere offered by this restaurant is very comfortable with the hype theme, balanced music and certainly instagramable.
