Of course it's easy for us to find Chinese restaurants ranging from simple restaurants to exclusive dining even in 5-star hotels. Tien Chao is located in the Gran Meliá Jakarta hotel, an international standard hotel with an elegant and luxury concept.
Tien Chao is one of the restaurant in this hotel that carries authentic Cantonese and Szechuan dining concept. With an elegant interior, a classic touch provides an attractive atmosphere and neat table arrangement. There are also some typical Chinese ornaments that give their own charm. My visit at lunch this time to tasted some interesting new dishes.
With an authentic Chinese food concept, of course some menus that are familiar to us like Dim Sum. Interesting dish is the Triple Combination of Dim Sum, there is Chicken Can Pao, Scallop, Shimeji Mushroom Roll. This dim sum are very interesting as an opening menu. Fresh ingredients with the right seasoning make all dim sum taste delicious.
Still related to seafood, this time there is seafood dumpling soup, this is a favorite dish at Tien Chao. Serve warm soup with huge dumpling filled with seafood that is fresh and cooked right, then spices and broth that blend together perfectly. In addition to seafood, of course there are meat dishes that should be tried, namely Wok Tossed Beef and Foie Gras in Oyster Sauce.
Tender beef sauteed dishes and moist foie gras with savory oyster sauce. This dish is really delicious and can be enjoyed with warm white rice. Pineapple Fried Rice with Dried Scallop can also be a choice menu that must be tried. Fried rice with pieces of fresh pineapple and distinctive sour taste with scallops that give a sensation.
Lunch at Tien Chao is certainly a pleasant experience. This elegant restaurant with exclusive interior in a 5-star hotel certainly has no doubt about the quality of the food and the taste offered. Tien Chao will be the right choice for family dining or even lunch meeting.

A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
