Hearing the name of this restaurant, you will noticed by one of the most popular art schools in Germany in the past 1919 to 1993 during the war. But this time we talked about different Bau-Haus, which is a chic bar & lounge with an attractive artistic concept. With a basement area that gives the feel of an underground bar, it adds an impressive experience.

My visit this time had the opportunity to taste interesting new dishes and the chef whos in charge here is Joshira Yugo, chef owner of a restaurant in Bali, Laramona, Ubud. In this one time opportunity, Chef Yugo here was presents a fantastic menu that is interesting to enjoy with a delightful cocktail. Some savory dishes are as follows:

Mountain Stick Fries, fried potato dish with fragrant aroma of truffle, savory parmesan cheese and balsamic blend that balances the flavor. This dish will be a pleasant snack while relaxing. Honey Truffle Focaccia, unique dish still with truffles, then combined with thick cream cheese to produce a pleasant combination of flavors.

Chicken Skin & Nachos Dumplings, this is one of the savory menu that certainly fits the taste of Jakarta society. The crisp texture of nachos and chicken skin is combined with melted cheese, jalapeno which gives a different flavor. Bailey's Brownies, for dessert lovers this will be a super fun dish. Soft brownie piece, the right sweet taste combined with almonds, concentrated irish cream sauce and orange slices for flavor balance.

Bau-Haus is certainly a hangout that should be included in the list of favorites in Jakarta. Besides interesting dishes, visitors will certainly be spoiled with unique and modern cocktails. Don't forget to find some interesting spots that are suitable for your Instagram feed.

Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts. From the outside it looks magnificent with a big signboard that clearly shows the writing of Monogram. While there is a second floor which is a karaoke area with a different brand. Monogram presents a modern concept with dominant dark colors that give a touch of elegance. A large area complete with a beautiful bar and there is a private space decorated with colorful paintings look instagramable. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets.
