Talking about exclusive restaurants in Jakarta is always an interesting recommendation for dining especially in special event. At the end of last week, i returned to visit one of the popular Italian restaurant with an elegant concept, attractive semi-fine dining and of course a unique authentic Italian menu. Before coming here, i made a reservation using Chope, an instant booking application that was complemented by interesting features and amazing promotions.

On a sunny day, this restaurant looks bright especially when i get seating in the area close to the window. The luxurious concept that is clearly visible in the entire restaurant room makes the atmosphere very exclusive. With a touch of red chair adds charm to this restaurant. The menu offered is a variety of typical Italian dishes that are quite familiar to the Jakarta society.

Every visitor will be served with welcome bread as a starter. The texture of the bread is crunchy and tender and is enjoyed together with delish pesto sauce. As the antipasti menu i tried this time was Vitello Tonnato, a thinly sliced veal dish doused with thick tuna sauce and had a creamy taste. The texture of the meat is tender and comes with olives to balance the flavor.

Not complete if you don't taste pasta here. I tried Linguini Aglio Alio ai Frutti di Mare, a dish of aldente pasta with a variety of fresh seafood that looked very tempting. Shrimps, scallops and squids with a savory pasta flavor, fragrant olive oil and some garlic which gives an interesting aroma and taste sensation. Besides that, also need to know that garlic has the benefit of eradicating cholesterol in body.

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor.
