At lunch this time we are presented with a set menu consisting of choice 3 and 4 courses. In addition, we can also choose a package that includes wine and of course there will be an additional cost for it. Before starting the entree or appetizer, we will be served with an amuse bouche, a starter meal with one bite only.
A beautiful and seductive presentation is the hallmark of this restaurant. Artistic presentation makes me pleased to eat it. One such as Hamachi Tartare, a very unique dish with fresh hamachi meat quality. After the Amuse Bouche, we are served with Robuchon Cheese Foam with plain-looking plating, but the flavor of the cheese is amazing. A soft foam with richly flavored cheese and comes with tasty crisp potato chunks.
Just like other French restaurants, of course here provided a variety of breads that can be enjoyed as much and there is also a unique seaweed butter and it taste perfect. Each customer will be able to choose the menu available starting from entree consisting of oyster dish or fresh tar tar and etc.
Followed by a main course consisting of fish and meat dishes such as duck meat and pork. Each menu is presented with a classified presentation. The artistic shape with the color elements that make the dish very nice to be photographed. Do not forget the many dessert choices and one that is quite interesting is Crêpe Suzette presented with flambeed technique with sparks on a pan that is quite interesting to watch.
In addition to a beautiful presentation, food serving timings are very fast. There is no need to wait long, each consecutive meal is served on the table and includes a description of each meal with detailed information. The lunch experience here will be a very pleasant moment. Although the price offered is high, but very in accordance with the concept and quality provided.
In addition, while enjoying a comfortable lunch, we can also relax while viewing the scenery Chao Phraya river which is a popular tourist spot in Bangkok. Do not forget after eating all the main food, customer will be served with petit four and a choice of coffee or tea. Another nice thing, we were given a box of macarons to take home.
