Hang out or spending time around cafe and restaurant has become what people needs nowadays especially there's many restaurant, cafe or any hang out spot in town. One of most favorable spot this time is coffee shop. We noticed there is many number of coffee shop in Jakarta is hundreds.

From the modern one, artistic or classic. As the name Kopi Bro, this place is suitable spot for hang out with some mates or family. But in fact, this is more than just a coffee shop, it is a restaurant.

It is located in Menteng Huis building around Menteng area where should be familiar for you who used to pass through Central Jakarta. From outside, it is easy to found this place with bright orange color. They built in concept with hang out spot or where we could spend our together time with some friends while enjoy a cup of coffee also take a dining with various of typical Indonesian food.

Indeed, the interior doesn't look fancy, but at corner of restaurant we may found an attractive painting on wall contain a story image of this restaurant. It described a caricature of the owner this restaurant that in fact not only that a person but some guys who happened as best friends together build up this place.

It has quite huge space could fit over 20 persons i guess inside and there is an outdoor space too side to the road. Even though named Kopi Bro (kopi=coffee, bro=brother) but this place is offering various of Indonesian food that is authentic.

We may enjoy lunch or dinner here with many kind of Indonesian food like Nasi Goreng Telur Asian that sure is recommended. Normally, this food is basic fried rice cooked together with the salted egg, but in here, Kopi Bro is offering different way for this food. Fried rice is pored by melted salted egg on top so it blow up the taste stronger. I love it is taste salty good and really suit with Indonesian tongue.

Other than  that, still many dishes in Indonesian style like Soto Tangkar with beef meat sure looks tempting. There also an Asian dish like Ifumie with huge plate and most memorable dish is the fried banana.

The stunning brown color sprinkled by shredded marinated coconut. The scent of banana is really good and it is taste great. The crunchy texture outside and soft banana inside. They also using a good quality banana that give a really nice sweetness.

Honestly i am not a fan of coffee, but this place really give me a great experience though with their various of Indonesian food and authentic. But don't forget they also offering an interesting drink like coffee dan other delightful drinks to try.

Other good thing is they sure offer a really affordable price. With great foods and quite big plate for a person also sure won't cost you much. I also love it place is quite comfortable and good service should be part of Kopi Bro.

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
