Most of all people sure have a passion about food. Especially this time has been available many selection of food start from authentic local food until the fusion one. I guess most all of you sure have any preference of favorite food and of course some food just not interested enough.
Most of all people sure have a passion about food. Especially this time has been available many selection of food start from authentic local food until the fusion one. I guess most all of you sure have any preference of favorite food and of course some food just not interested enough.
Howefer, as a food blogger, i do eat most all kind of food, but of course i do have few list that i love so much and some others i won't eat too much. In this article, i would like to share some of my favorite foods and some other i don't like it much.☺
Will start from 5 list my favorite here:
1. Seafood
Anything about seafood, i am sure many of you sure love this. Freshness of ingredient should one of key to serve a good food. Many selection like fish, prawn, squid, crab and many else. I do love most of all kind seafood, even sometime i could just eat whole plate by myself. In Jakarta we may found many spot to enjoy seafood, but i can tell my hometown, Belitung should be better place to have a real fresh seafood dishes.
2. Vegetable
Maybe some people do not like a veggies or maybe they prefer meat than this greenie thing. For me, vegetable is one of must dish i should have in a day. Especially when having rice, without vegetable, i just feel missed something on my food. I do prefer much of veggies than a meat and other than that, we know vegetable sure have a good fiber and nutrition for our body.
3. Sambal (Spicy Chili)
As Indonesian, this is one of basic element we sure love. With many of provinces, we have various kind of sambal. There's a sambal terasi, sambal matah, sambal ijo, sambal kecap, sambal kacang and many others. Even though i had so many kind of food from various of places, i can tell sambal still my favorite. Each Sambal has different character but all mostly spicy and watch out, be careful with the spiciness.
4. Bakso (meatball)
Another one typical Indonesian food that i love so much. Since kid until now, i never get bored with this one. Nowadays, there is many kind of bakso in Indonesia with various ingredients like beef, fish, or even prawn. We also may enjoy various kind of bakso from meatball soup, fried meatball or roasted meatball, for sure all are good. The good bakso i think is, should be firm and soft, not too thick dough and has good seasoning so it won't be too plain.
5. Rice
Howefer, i love having many kind of foods, but i have no idea i do always need to have a rice like almost everyday. As Indonesian, rice is one regular dish that we used to have all time especially enjoy it along with some of sidedish. Other that that, we may enjoy various kind of food made of rice like, nasi goreng, nasi bakar, nasi liwet, nasi uduk and many else. Each has different of scent and taste.
That's all for this time, i only shared 5 favorite dishes on my list. But in fact, i do have a lot of foods that i do love. Each place has different style, scent and taste, unique with sweet or salty also it couldn't be compared.
For next article, i will share few of food those now really suits for me or i don'd like it much actually. As i said, being a food blogger, i do eat almost all kind of food but indeed i do have some certain foods that i don't passion much, so stay tuned.
