Kamadoya Nizaemon, Century Park Hotel, South Jakarta

Bahasa l English

Talking about a Japanese restaurant is certainly related with a neat wooden concept. One of them is in the South Jakarta area which is famous for its many expats from Japan. Kamadoya Nizaemon is a new restaurant located at Century Park Hotel which of course is no stranger to Jakarta society. A luxury business 4 star hotel with a long experience has become a popular spot in Senayan area.
Kamadoya Nizaemon itself only operated for about 4 months, as soon as it reached the front door of the restaurant, i was quite impressed with the proper entrance of a tavern in Japan with a classic and unique theme. With wooden elements in the whole restaurant and then added with ornaments painting nuanced Japanese and there is a side with green plants that give a beautiful touch. There is an open kitchen area with traditional Japanese cooking stuff that are very interesting.
With a large area that can contain more than 100 people in the restaurant. There are several seating areas ranging from bar station to rooms with a capacity of about 5 to 10 people. Because it is new, so the smell of the dominant wood in the whole room, but I can say Kamadoya Nizaemon really makes me feel at a tavern in Sakura land.
The menu offered is very varied, for you fans of Japanese food certainly do not bother takes time to choose the menu here. Starting from a dish of sashimi, ramen, rice to a quality meat dish are available here. Chef Hiroki Bato as head chef here comes from Japan but he is fluent in Indonesian although with a unique Japanese accent. He has long lived in Indonesia with experience in the culinary field of course undoubtful.
One of the mainstay menu in this restaurant is Sashimi Mori Goshu, 5 types of fish served with fresh and raw quality in a really beautiful presentation. There is salmon, tuna and some other fish served with wasabi, soyu jelly which is the creation of chef Hiroki with a unique texture and salty taste that fits on my tongue.
My favorite menu is Beef Teriyaki, a premium beef dish cut in small size making it easy to enjoy. The texture of the meat is very tender, the aroma of fragrant herbs and savory taste is very delicious. Soup lovers can try Tori Kara Kara Nabe with thick red gravy, savory taste and soft noodle texture or Tori Nyu Men, noodles with wheat base ingredients with thin slices and a smooth texture, a spicy flavor with several pieces of chicken.
Kamadoya Nizaemon is only open during lunch and dinner hours where they will close several hours during the afternoon. It's good for you to make a call first before go there. It is classified as new so that not many Jakarta society know about this restaurant yet. But i need to say this restaurant will certainly provide the experience of eating good quality Japanese food. In addition, visitors will be presented with a charming Japanese interior to make you feel like in real Japan.

Phoenix Gastrobar, Newest Aesthetic Lounge, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta

Bahasa l English Back to writing a blog, okay while I had time to break after the festive season in last December 2022. In 2023, of course, I hope to be able to actively blog again with the latest and interesting information that I think is memorable to convey. So like this bar that just opened in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area of Jakarta. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets. First I'll say the interior is absolutely stunning, with 3 story bar & lounge with stairs that reminds me of Hogwarts, the school in the Harry Potter movies. There is a DJ booth in the main area, a fountain that gives an elegant impression, and a bar station with a magnificent display rack of dozens of liquor. If you have frequently visi

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
