Talking about Ismaya Group, of course already familiar to us with a number of their restaurant brands spread across Jakarta and even other big cities. But the restaurant i'm talking about is one of the most popular restaurant and has remained in existence since 10 years ago with a great location in the city center and an amazing restaurant concept.

In the year 2018 is for the umpteenth time i visited this restaurant with some Jakarta foodie friends. We plan to re-sample the various dishes offered here with the modern fusion concept. Starting from a variety of Western, Japanese, Asian to local Indonesian dishes. Very spacious restaurant area and a lot of seating capacity for sure. But of course it would be better if you make a reservation first because visitors are crowded especially at night or weekend

For most of you may already be familiar with the interior of this restaurant is dominant with wood elements in the whole area. Then, that attracted attention when passing the front of the restaurant, looks a neat array of wines throughout the entrance. Good thing, we got a fairly private room with a capacity of 10 people really nice.

This time we tried different menus starting from sushi & fresh sashimi combined with the concept of fusion style. Beautiful Twisted Salmon with a mixture of salmon roe, salmon skin and green onion with fresh flavors and perfect salmon. Another freshness can be enjoyed on the menu Tiger Prawn Salad combined with quinoa, lettuce, and coriander that gives a fragrant aroma.

For meat lovers, Grilled Black Angus Rib-Eye Steak is a must-try menu. A quality beef dish with a seductive aroma and perfect maturity level provides a beautiful color layer. Served with fried potatoes flavored with a fragrant aroma of truffles and complete with garlic butter that produce savory taste.

For this menu is so good, we even order twice for the same menu. In addition to beef steak, of course there are also fish menu such as Oven Roasted Barramundi, soft fish meat served together with mussels, tomatoes, garlic potatoes and white wine butter sauce. The savory and fresh flavors combine well and barramundi as the main star is perfectly processed.
