 The first week of Ramadan would be enthusiastic for all Muslim friends everywhere. This time i would like to share interesting information for the option of breaking the fast in Jakarta. One of the typical Balinese restaurant which is quite popular with modern concept, wide area, artistic and comfortable. Putu Made is one of the restaurant that become part of BOGA group which is certainly familiar in food beverage industry in Indonesia.
In this month of Ramadan, Putu Made offers special menus that are certainly tempting. With the theme of Base Genep, the balance of compounding the ingredients to produce a distinctive Balinese taste dish. One of the very telling menus of Bali is, Duck Mesambel Klungkung.
1 roasted duck with traditional seasonings that are a deep red, a tempting fragrance, served together with sambal klungkung and soy sauce. The texture of soft duck meat with a delicious taste that fits coupled with the sensation of sambel (chili sauce) gives touch that is rich in taste
The Sambal Matal Empal can also be a delicious option worth a try. Sliced meat with sweet flavor, a texture combined with a super hot spicy sauce. No less interesting is Gurame Pesmol Kintamani. Fish dishes are processed with traditional Balinese spices. Soft fish meat with a fragrant aroma and a delicious blend of taste.

One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. So like this bar that just opened in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area of Jakarta. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets. First I'll say the interior is absolutely stunning, with 3 story bar & lounge with stairs that reminds me of Hogwarts, the school in the Harry Potter movies.
