Flow Jakarta, Bar Takeover w/ Jing Heng, Central Jakarta

Second visit to one of the restaurant & bar which is quite happening in Jakarta. Flow this time held a takeover bar along with one of the world class bartender from Singapore. Jing Heng is a Worldclass Bartender from Tess Bar & Kitchen Singapore. This is his second visit to Flow Jakarta.

As I've written before, Flow with elegant, dark dominant interior, furnished with beautiful abstract ornaments adorn the restaurant. Jing Heng this time offers 3 kinds of drinks with unique creations. At 7:00 pm, it still looks quiet, in accordance with the concept of nightlife, Flow usually will be crowded once at over 9.00 pm.

This evening event will also be accompanied by hype music with professional DJ guides. 3 beverages to be served starting with the lowest alcohol level that is Queen Of Club, with Johnie Walker Black Label, fresh mangosteen, mascarpone cheese, orange & lemon juice, syrup, also beautiful flower garnish. Bright colors ,fragrant and fresh aroma is very tempting. Creamy flavors and alcohol blend into a rich and delicious flavor.

The next beverage served is Milo Peng, from the name of course you noticed one of the ingredients used is Milo milk combined with Singleton Glen Ord 12 years, giffard vailla syrup served in plastic bag like a simple classic beverage. A rich milo flavor blends with the alcohol that gives it a unique sensation.

After that, it was followed by a pretty strong drink that is Guatemalan Old Fashioned, with the ingredients of Ron Zacapa 23 Solera, la chilla PX sherry, homemade chocolate bitters and garnish cacao nibs. The flavors are strong, complex but with a fragrant aroma. The atmosphere gets louder, late in the night, the hype music fills the whole restaurant.

Everyone seemed enthusiastic and even the spirit moved the body to follow the music. Flow will certainly be a place of recommendation if you want to spend a pleasant evening with friends. The trendy atmosphere with varied menu choices is certainly supported by friendly and exclusive service.

One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community.
