Another time I visited one of the executive dining restaurants in Central Jakarta. Located in the Pavillion Retail Arcade area, there are several restaurants and coffee shops. From outside Cassis Kitchen looks beautiful with comfortable couches, dominant colors of black & gray plain then we greeted by elegant European style doors when entering the restaurant.

The elegant restaurant atmosphere with classic European style gives a luxurious touch. Spacious area and many spots that will be an option to take pictures. This visit I was with culinary friends in Jakarta to take a lunch together.

The menu options are provided starting from the appetizer, main course, dessert to drinks. But because of the time was quite tight that day, so I just try some of the menu just like Chia Seed Pudding, the presentation of a unique and beautiful pudding with color elements that produce the perfect combination. Chia Seed combined with coconut sauce and fresh fruit pieces and edible flowers provide a fresh flavor.

Or we can also start lunch with Acai Berry Bowl. A bowl of acai smoothie combined with fresh berries like blueberries & strawberries. A sour taste that fits as well as a distinctive texture is very tasty and increases appetite. The portion is big enough for an appetizer to me to be full enough before main course.

Followed by the main menu that I tried the Creamy Truffle Alfredo, lasagna which is served with a creamy thick sauce and shredded truffle created the aroma is very fragrant. Creamy flavor, soft and legit texture make this dish very special. The aroma of the fragrant truffle made my appetite increased.

In addition, I also tried Duck Confit Waffle, this French-style food was served quite tempting. Piece of fried duck has a fragrant aroma and served with a soft waffle. Duck meat texture is quite tender and odorless, it's just that I think duck confit has a underseasoning taste like fried duck without salt at all.

For services offered quite well, friendly and quick response. The price is high enough, where considering the location of a strategic restaurant and the concept of an exclusive restaurant makes Cassis Kitchen certainly has a target market middle-up.

One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor.
