Chocolate Ville, Bangkok, Thailand

Available in Bahasa: Click Here

Another chance, I visited Thailand and Bangkok is one of my favorite city during the trip. City with diverse street culinary, madness shopping spot and exciting nightly entertainment can always be found here. In 4 nights trip this time, I just visited Bangkok which is the capital of Thailand.
On this occasion, I visited a tourist destination that is currently quite popular for both local and foreign tourists. Chocolate Ville is located quite far from the city center, my advice, should pick a taxi to go there because if using transportation like MRT or BTS would take a long time and no direct access there.
My journey from Sathorn area about over a hour through the highway. Once there, the front entrance looks full of cute penguin displays and colorful western-style houses and windmills that give a beautiful touch.
No wonder, so many tourists are enthusiastic about visiting this place. With an interesting landscape seemed to be in the land of Europe, with a fairly wide lake, and building with a colorful house and spot very many photographs scenes.
Incidentally my visit this time with a somewhat cloudy weather, but when it arrives late afternoon, the sunset that appears gives a very beautiful atmosphere. With bright light so it displays a beautiful panorama of Chocolate Ville.
Not so much activity that can be done besides take pictures here because there is no such a games or entertainment available. In addition to taking pictures, we can enjoy an afternoon snack or dinner at the restaurant provided with a very large area. For information, there is only one restaurant with the same menu choices.
The menu offered is more likely western food such as pasta, burger, salad, steak and pizza. But also available some Asian foods like fried rice. Then, they also sell alcoholic drinks like beer and there happens to be a buy one get one promotion.
I got a seat in the area near the river where it was perfect to enjoy a meal while enjoying the lake's reserve with ducks and swans swimming. When late in the evening, the weather is also getting cool so it is would chill up the air a very nice.
My suggestion was to sit before dinner, where very many tourists arrive at dinner time and can be seen quite full throughout the restaurant area. For the taste of food served to me just plain, I tried the salmon pasta which is very spicy and no taste is quite special.
Mango salad but with many vegetables and small pieces of mango. The price offered is quite standard if judged in terms of the concept presented to the visitor, with the atmosphere and scenery is beautiful and comfortable, but if judged from the taste then I think it is so basic at all.

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors

Black Owl, PIK, Jakarta

Bahasa l English A favorite destination for the Jakarta community, which is famous for its hawker centers, from street food, restaurants to elegant lounge bars. This week, another good news for restaurant and bar fans, Black Owl is back in operation from the previous location in the PIK 1 area, now they are presented new location with a different concept. As soon as you pass through this area, you can clearly see the Black Owl with a black building with an owl logo on it. Seen the parking area is quite large and still not too crowded during the day. Once inside, we will pass through a hallway with a very high ceiling. My suggestion is it's best to make a reservation in advance to save your table. Black Owl comes with a restaurant and bar concept, a very stunning interior with dominant dark colors such as black and dark wooden material throughout the large room. The dim lights look calm and elegant, and what's amazing is the giant LCD screen that stretches to the ceiling. There
