Fierce battle of two teams with crab secret main ingredient. With a brilliant idea, the excellent team work, Chef Jacob Burrell successfully amazed the judges with a unique unique dish.

Fierce battle of two teams with crab secret main ingredient. With a brilliant idea, the excellent team work, Chef Jacob Burrell successfully amazed the judges with a unique unique dish.
With this victory, Attarine Jakarta held an event dinner & viewing party organised on 29th July 2017 at 7.00pm. At this event customers will be presented with 3 special courses that won Chef Jacob in Iron Chef.
The ambience of this restaurant is quite epic with casual interior that looks like a bistro on the beach. The dominant colors of tuscan style, natural and plain color like brown are so dominant, then there is a bar on the front gives a beautiful touch and there is a classic car to be a charm in the middle of the restaurant.
Without a long wait, the first food is ready to be served with Soft Shell Crab, Coconut Yogurt & Melon. The menu is unique and served with an amazing presentation. Two pieces of soft-shelled crab coated with crisp flour. Served on white yogurt coconut, creamy & legit flavor. Fitted with fresh melon slices.
The savory flavors of crab and soft texture combine perfectly, enjoyed with coconut yogurt giving a unique flavor, but a bit too heavy for my first meal. Melon becomes a fresh companion so as to provide the right balance of taste.
The second menu is served, Grilled King Crab Legs, Cabagge & Seaweed. No less beautiful appearance, 3 pieces of crab meat wrapped in a white cabbage and served with processed seaweed. Crab with a soft texture, a sweet taste and then a fresh cabagge creates a perfect combination.
The third menu served, Stew of Crab, Chicken Tight & Pelawan Mushroom. Looks simple and classic, a bowl of dark brownish soup with crabmeat that has been processed, pieces of chicken and mushrooms. Soothing savory soup flavor with soft crab meat and tender chicken meat into a stunning combination. Overview like the classic taste of Indonesian stews, but combined with crab meat, this becomes a unique menu.
This dinner experience was very satisfying, the flavors presented are indeed worthy of winning the Iron Chef competition, Chef Jacob Said he was instantly created the second menu during the competition which is awesome. The amazing dinner, the hits music and the accompanying wine became a perfect dining experience.
