Last Christmas Eve I had another exclusive dining at one restaurant in Plaza Indonesia, Central Jakarta. Actually this restaurant has been noticed by me for quite time, but just this time I got chance to take a dining at there during this special event.

They are invited guest to enjoy various of cuisines made by
three recommended young chefs, they are Ardika Dwitama Ardika, He has been
discovered his interest in pastry and has been busy running his own dessert
brand by Oui Dessert that has been taking place around Jakarta.
Then have Patrese Vito, the young chef who has been through
some food experience and as heard he has been worked at some restaurant before,
now he is building his own dining brand by Avora Dining. And last chef is
William Gozali, the winner of commercial tv show Masterchef Indonesia season 3
made him continue a culinary journey and work in Sydney for some time and now
he has been busy as kitchen consultant in F&B industry.
This restaurant has quite huge space with some kind of
European themes. The classic interior with European stuff does made it
beautiful, completed with bar, it gave the exclusive ambiance. For this event,
we are offered by set menu consisted by 5 courses.
All dishes are served in beautiful presentation with
balanced of color and ingredients used. Each chef representing their work with
their own food creation. Each sure have different of concept and style. Even
though they are young, but they do capable to show an amazing presentation of
food also served a good real taste.
Overall foods are great, I am sure love their fusion style
such suitable with modern culinary. But only for the Tokusen Wagyu which is I
think it has too tight texture, nice color but I just have no idea how is it
not tender. I found out it has seasoned well done, and perfect garnish along,
just meat could have better texture.
My favorite should be the Java Sea Prawn with corn garnish
and sweet corn puree. It sure looks beautiful, and I just love the prawn &
scallop are juicy! Along with the sweet moist corn puree is absolutely
incredible.
Never miss dessert after main course, they have a Bedugul
Strawberry served with yogurt cake, gels and stunning kemnagi ice cream. It is
fancy and unique also taste delightful. And I had a bunch of mignadirses, a
small bites of mini cake and cookie served stunning on glass bar. Three
different kind of pastry seems lovely to enjoy. There’s a choco cookie, cute
mini Indonesian layer cake also a cream choux I guess.
This sure an experienced that you won’t find many time, where
couple of chefs made a collaboration together created an awesome dining experience
with various kind of dishes. It made with different kind of technique, style
and concept but could get along together.
