Pablo Cheese tart, Gandaria City Mall, South Jakarta

Available in Indonesia Languange: http://foodiozid.blogspot.com/2016/11/pablo-cheesetart-mall-gandaria-city.html

Guess most of you should notice with this one, especially it has been trending in Jakarta. Pablo is come from Osaka, Japan where it also happened many people are so excited to take on queue to purchase a cheesetart.

This thing also on going in Jakarta, at Gandaria City Mall. Start by morning untuk evening, we could see a long line of queue and surely crowded. Apparently i got number 21, which is it become a good opportunity for me to don't have wait too long. Of course, i have been arrived here since 7.00am morning.

On 17th November 2016 is the day of grand opening this outlet. Where they are going to give away the free voucher for 100 first customers. Therefore, i was stand by at there earlier, even though inside building is still dark, there's seems quite people have been arrived before me. And looks like the Pablo staff are still preparing for this opening.

What to do, mall is going to operate on 10.00am. But good thing is, oepning is on time and the line for purchase cheseestart is going on. The queque line going on very good and without took so long, i already on first row.

Seems some of cheesetart are on preparation to be in packaged. Through the some of process that we could see from the front, cheesetart absolutely look tempting alot for all people there. I am sure don't missed the moment to take all the cheesetart preparation process going on.

Other than that, we may also smell a great scent that really tempting. Especially we have been waiting since 7.00 morning before oepning. Looks like every process done by skilled and expert technical to create the perfect cheesetart.

Cheese tart is available in two size category, there are regular big size and mini cheese tart. Both has same variant of flavor, there are original, chocolate and green tea. except for the original size there is a premium cheese tart. For your information, it is quite pricey cheese tart though, for original regular size is about Rp 169,000 and for chocolate & green tea are cost for Rp 189,000. Then for the premium cheese tart should be Rp 349,000. Well, for some people including me, i must say this is not a much affordable dish to get for everyday.

At first, i thought to buy one original regular size and mixed  for the mini cheese tart. But then, sadly the variant of mini cheese tart is available for original flavor only. So i took 3 variant of regular size with different flavors.

Each has different typical of flavor, what amazing here is the perfect texture of cheese tart. Moist and soft bite also creamy flavor sure is joyful. My suggestion, you should get the original flavor first before the other, since to know how exactly the quality of this brand who represented to serve the cheese tart as the main product.

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors ...

A large area complete with a beautiful bar and there is a private space decorated with colorful paintings look instagramable. The menu concept offered is a modern theme that is currently trending in Jakarta society.
