This time i would like to tell story about my experience be a baker in one day at the Blogger's Baker Day event organised by Francis Artisan Bakery. This event has been held on their outlet at Taman Anggrek Mall.

I am with some of food blogger in Jakarta has been invited together to see and even make a good bread. Seems excitement from all of us even before started. I think this is one of great experience that i never done before.

Without took long time, the event starter. Before that, we are given the head cap and the apron before heading to the Francis Kitchen. Don't forget we also must wash our hands before starting. It is a must thing to do to keep the cleanliness making a bread.

Before making the dough, we have been explained about the procedure to make a readl bread. Start from the steps and also how exactly the bread oven is working. Actually dough has been ready before, we are here taught how to making a good shape of bread.

Of course this is not an easy thing to do especially we are not used to doing it. Where the dough is quite sticky if it doesn't poured by the flour. Took quite time for me to get perfect shape, and so other as well.

After that, bread dough putted on the bake tray to get ready on baked. While waiting, we been asked to make another bread. Everyone sure looks so excited in this event. We learned some of knowledge and information how to done a good bread

Took quite time for us as beginner to get done a bread as the right standard. As for, we are had a bit hard time to get a perfect shape of bread. But i am happy enough, i could make a bread with good taste just like bread at store.

Even though not in gorgeous shape, but i am satisfied enough with the result. The other also looks happy with their own bread too. Of course the key of this bread sure be the good quality of ingredients and the perfect baking technical.

Francis Bakery has become one my favorite bakery that i used to visit many times. With many of interesting variant, worth it price and of course the good quality that undoubtful. I am sure recommended this bakery.

Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts. From the outside it looks magnificent with a big signboard that clearly shows the writing of Monogram. While there is a second floor which is a karaoke area with a different brand. Monogram presents a modern concept with dominant dark colors that give a touch of elegance. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets.
