Grand Cafe, Grand Hyatt, Central Jakarta

During Last Ramadan this year at June ago, i went to experienced the Middle Eastern dining at Grand Cafe. This restaurant is spotted at the famous Grand Hyatt Hotel, central Jakarta which is popular in town. This hotel sure has luxury and exclusive interior also the ambiance. Of course the restaurant as well.

At this event, during dinner time, i found out it is totally crowded there. What special is they are invited the Chef come from far Turkey directly to here. And this chef is actually active at Grand Hyatt Turkey.

What great moment here is he is serving customers by himself with various turkey cuisines section.

Much of middle east cuisines here with aunthentic taste and presentation. Start from lamb, chicken until the various of dressing. Each dish has authentic taste which i never taste before. Some are great, but not all matched with my sense though. As we have salty and sweet taste of food, Turkey has strong and high spices in their foods.

One of the most attracted cuisine here is the Doner Kebab. I guess among you guys have been familiar with this. The cooked meat on vertical rotisserie which is commonly to be found at the Turkish cuisines.

Kebab here is using two varriant, chicken and lamb. Since i am looking for different food here, so i took the lamb which is have authentic taste and lamb sure is fresh with good smell as well. For some people, i guess it would be too strong taste of the lamb.

After the main course, this night also served various of Turkish dessert and cakes. As expected, Hotel with high star rate should have great various of desserts with beautiful presentation, color and also many kind of flavors.

At first section, i found various of Turkish style of desserts. But there also available international style of desserts with various of cakes, pudding and custards.

All served beautifully in this section. Many kind of shapes. colors and decorations of pastry. I am sure attracted a lot with this. For you pastry lover should be excited when you see this.

Overall, i found out they have good taste and quality of foods. They also have quite huge place for bunch customers, with exclusive interior i did sure feel the luxury dining in 5 star hotel. don't forget the friendliness of service sure one of the key of this. For price, as you can tell 5 star hotel sure offering not a cheapest or saving budget price dining. But they assure you to have enjoyable moment while at there.
