This Italian restaurant i want to share is Ambiente, an elegant European-style restaurant. Ambiente comes from Italian language with the meaning of atmosphere or ambiance. As the name implies, this restaurant offers a cozy and exclusive dining area. There is a bar that gives a beautiful touch and a piano in the middle of the room, then dominant wooden & brick elements in the whole room, complete with a spacious lounge area and available two luxury private room.

Visitation in the afternoon provides a calm atmosphere after past lunch hour. With a large window provides a bright light and very easy to take pictures. In the evenings, Ambiente offers a completely different atmosphere with a cozy bar & lounge.

Varied classic Italian menus presented here by Italian chef Matteo Meacci, an executive chef with experience and expertise to be recognized in this industry. One menu that must be tried is Ambiente Pizza, tuscan charcoal black dough with a variety of toppings such as mozzarella, tomato cherry, smoked salmon, grilled zucchini, mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle oil.

The pizza texture is perfect, crisp on the edge and soft in the middle. The flavor is legit with fresh salmon, a balanced tomato sour taste and a fragrant aroma of cheese is very tempting. In addition to pizza, about Italy of course there are also pasta such as Tangliolini neri al Granchio.

Thick black pasta with a blue swimmer crab meat complete with a crab shell that gives a touch of presentation. Delicious pasta flavors with an al dente texture tasted so delicious. This menu is a favorite menu that should be recommended to try.

Classic menu like Pollo alla Birra, chicken dish with a blend of beer and black pepper served together with potatoes. Delicious chicken with savory taste suitable for Jakarta society. There is also a fish dish, Salmone alla Griglia, grilled salmon, served together with sauteed green and mango salsa that gives a perfect blend.

Italian dessert is certainly also a star menu that is worth a try. One of my favorite is Tortino Cando al Cioccolate e the Verde. Chocolate lava cake with green tea blend gives the super beautiful and seductive appearance. Soft cake texture and richly flavored green tea chocolate mix well done.

For the price offered is pretty standard with the experience felt at Ambiente. Elegant interior with quality menu choices and amazing taste standards. More info, on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, guests will be spoiled with live jazz music that provides a perfect dinner experience.
