Mad Cow Wine & Grill, Pullman Grand Central Bandung

Bahasa l English

Bandung, one of my favorite destinations when talking about a vacation to the West Java area. Kota Kembang (The City of Flower) is famous for its various cool and instagramable hangout spots and artistic murals scattered throughout the city area. Talking about Bandung is also synonymous with coffee shops that are everywhere. Various cafes with concepts that are built-in diversity and are always being crowded by people to create social media pictures.

Mad Cow is a Wine & Grill bar located at Pullman Grand Central Bandung. A 5-star hotel with the best location in the central area and the main government district of Bandung. Looking for a luxury restaurant with high-end standards in Bandung isn't much, right. The best option is usually a restaurant in a 5-star hotel area. By luxury concept I mean not only the place but also the dishes served and the quality of the ingredients used.
Located on the 17th floor which is a rooftop area where you can see the atmosphere of the center of the Bandung area 360 degrees. This restaurant just opened this month with a classic 80-90s interior concept with bold tones such as red, golden, dark colors such as black and brown. Then the open kitchen area where we can see the activities of the chefs with professional kitchen equipment.

As the name presented, this restaurant serves a variety of steak main dishes from sirloin, tenderloin, to T-bone and tomahawk which are of course a premium menu. Before starting the steak dish, you can also enjoy a variety of appetizer salads, soups, tapas, or cold cuts which are a typical Western restaurant.

Apart from the dish, a variety of delicious wines will be the perfect companion when enjoying steak. A wide selection of wines with quality that is considered to provide a memorable dining experience for guests, relax and enjoy a perfect evening. Of course, don't miss it, Mad Cow can be an interesting idea for you to take pictures on each side that gives a classic and luxurious feel.

Currently only open for dinner time, from 16.00 to 22.00 WIB according to government protocol, restaurant capacity will be adjusted and all visitors are still expected to have been vaccinated and registered with the Peduli Lindungi application. Enjoying a sumptuous dinner and a sense of safety, chill will certainly provide a perfect experience.

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
