Since Sailendra appeared in a new style after renovation comes back with some interesting buffet dining programs as well. One of them is Vitamin Sea Night, as the name implies with the theme of a variety of fresh seafood preparations ready to pampered the dinner experience of the guests. This dinner will take place every Friday from 6.00-10.00pm.

The menu offered is quite diverse, you can choose whatever seafood you want from seabass, snapper, shrimp, squid, shellfish to a lobster. These seafood will be grilled until cooked with a smoky aroma and balanced seasoning. The price of this dinner buffet is IDR 575,000 net per person. I think it is a pretty standard price for a 5-star hotel dining.
