Opening in 2018, Uccello is guided by Chef Roberto Fiorini directly from Rome, Italy bringing authentic Italian dishes from premium ingredients that are perfect for creating amazing dishes. Here you can also enjoy a variety of typical Italian cocktails.
Interesting thing, here is not the usual Italian dish you find like pizza or pasta. But Uccello presents Italian specialties with a modern twist but still offers original Italian flavors. Starter menu that is worth a try like Beef Tartar. You will certainly be fascinated with this dish which is combined with beautiful and bright color elements and fresh taste so as to increase appetite.
Italy is famous for seafood dishes where it is close to the Meditterania sea which is famous for its abundant marine resources. In Uccello, you can enjoy grilled Octopus with spice powder pepper spicy sauce. Once again a very charming dish with varied arrangement of elements and has a delicious taste when enjoyed together.
