 A quiet afternoon in the city of Jakarta at the time of Lebaran holiday arrived to make the city of Jakarta different than usual day. In this week, i visited one of the 5 star hotel with rooftop dining which is popular in the society of Jakarta. The Westin Hotel with one of the tallest building in Jakarta offers an elegant afternoon tea experience with Berry Sensation theme. The new concept with the main ingredients of the berry is certainly suitable processed into a variety of interesting desserts.
It's unique at the time of the afternoon tea presentation, beautiful pastries presented on a black display board with a conical and unique glass cover. Then a little performance like a spectacular show, the blob of smoke from dry ice is very interesting and i'm impressed with this kind of presentation.
Each food served has a different shape, design, detail and color variant. A neat and elegant arrangement makes it too lovely to be devoured in one bite. Moment afternoon tea can be started from enjoying a soft scone with a size that is not too big, fit with a bite. Sweet taste that is not excessive really tastes good.
Savory dishes such as Mantou of Duck with Cranberry Salsa, Beef Ham Sandwich into a savory dish that spoils the tongue with a satisfying bites. There is also a unique menu like Quinoa Cake with Cured Salmon with a divine quinoa texture, fresh and tender salmon piece with the right flavor.
After enjoying the savory dishes, it is time to taste the sweet dish with more variants. Normally we would think of enjoying a sweet dessert that is too much will feel excessive. But Berry Sensation offers a different experience. Each dessert served contained elements of berry that we know has a fresh sour taste.
One of my favorite is Summer Berries Pudding with a look that pretty normal compared to some cake with a neat and beautiful layer. But the texture of the pudding is soft with a fragrant aroma and berry flavors that give much pleasure.
These little dishes will taste special enjoyed with a cup of hot tea with a variety of interesting aroma choices. Berry Sensation offers an exciting and pleasant afternoon tea experience. Not only the atmosphere is neat but the meals that are served look beautiful and taste amazing.

Phoenix Gastrobar, Newest Aesthetic Lounge, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta

Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets. Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor.
