So Sofitel Bangkok, Thailand

Bahasa l English

April became a time when foreign tourists visited Thailand celebrating the great festival of Songkran. Popular festival is held every year in Bangkok to be an exciting destination to join on. On this big day, many Thai residents are returning to their home villages for holiday. But different for the world tourists whos really high enthusiasm to Bangkok to follow this festival.
Nor did i miss this opportunity to visit Bangkok. The hotel i chose this time is So Sofitel Bangkok. Located close to Silom area which is one of Songkran activities center makes this hotel full book during this festival. This hotel is one of my favorites in Bangkok, with its super artistic boutique hotel concept, elegant colors with distinctive Thai ornaments.
Do not miss every staff wearing clothes with a modern style of Thailand is very beautiful touch. Colorful with a distinctive motif makes the appearance of every staff is very fashionable. For Accor Platinum Member users, we can enjoy the check-in facility at the executive lounge located on the 25th floor. The design of the room is quite spacious with colorful decorations dominate the entire room.
Available chairs and comfortable couches make check-in guests more exclusive and comfortable. In addition, provided a variety of savory and sweet meals that can be enjoyed as much as we want. Do not forget to be greeted with welcome drink that became signature So Sofitel Bangkok, a drink that can change color from blue to purple.
So Sofitel Bangkok has a unique concept where each type of room has different elements seen from the interior made with different themes and colors. This time i tried the room with the Water element. The room is spacious enough, elegant interior, awesome views and the most i like is the elegant big bathtub with a position next to the big window.
Another interesting feature is the automatic window curtain simply by pressing the button next to the bed. Television with internet features, complete hotel information, Bangkok tour recommendations, to skype calls that can be used instantly. For breakfast, Accor Platinum Member can choose two options in the executive lounge with a more private, quiet but the menu is only a few choices.
While at Red Oven which became All Day Dining Restaurant at So Sofitel Bangkok. On Saturdays, visitors can enjoy a different buffet concept here with the Meaty Saturday theme, serving a variety of meats with varied choices so visitors can experience a different lunch experience than regular buffet.
Variant menu is super many, large area but a very busy atmosphere with hotel guests who want to enjoy breakfast at the same time. Do not miss the infinity pool here with a fairly fine height, but because in Songkran function, so that the pool can not be used for private event pool party.
So Sofitel Bangkok remains my list of favorite hotel during my visit to Bangkok. The price offered starts from Rp 2.400.000, in accordance with the quality with the interior of the trending instagramable spot, So Sofitel Bangkok has a special charm for the traveler. Other info, the bed here is super soft and comfortable so it makes me very hard to wake up in the holiday this time.

Phoenix Gastrobar, Newest Aesthetic Lounge, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta

Bahasa l English Back to writing a blog, okay while I had time to break after the festive season in last December 2022. In 2023, of course, I hope to be able to actively blog again with the latest and interesting information that I think is memorable to convey. So like this bar that just opened in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area of Jakarta. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today. Next to each other between the two clubs presented before, are Tiger & Dragon Bar. The concept offered at Phoenix is completely different from previous HWG outlets. First I'll say the interior is absolutely stunning, with 3 story bar & lounge with stairs that reminds me of Hogwarts, the school in the Harry Potter movies. There is a DJ booth in the main area, a fountain that gives an elegant impression, and a bar station with a magnificent display rack of dozens of liquor. If you have frequently visi

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
