Spring has arrived! Japan became one of the popular destination during this season where visitors can enjoy a bright spring atmosphere with flowers blooming. No need to far to Japan, this time i had the opportunity to taste Japanese restaurant with spring atmosphere with interesting menu set, Sakura Package.

Senju Omakase is one of the Japanese restaurant located in Plaza Indonesia with an elegant concept. Here, visitors can enjoy teppanyaki and a la carte menu of Japanese variety. The elegant concept with dark dominant colors gives a luxurious touch.

Sakura package is a special set offered for Jakarta society bringing inspired Japan concept from spring season in Japan. March & April are the months where sakura blooms all over Japan until May around Northern Hokkaido.

Entering the restaurant we will pass the rack with the wine and bar arrangement that gives the exciting dining atmosphere. On this lunchtime visit, i was given the opportunity to taste the Japanese menu set consisting of 8 courses. It starts from appetizer to dessert and includes cold or hot ocha.

Edamame as a starter is the right choice, followed by a wakame salad with a sour taste that fits and fresh vegetables. Then followed by moriawase, sashimi slices like salmon and tuna add appetite. For the chicken meat menu processed into karaage with a crisp texture and savory taste.

The main menu is charming, beef teppanyaki with tender slices. Although not the main quality, but the taste and seasoning is quite satisfactory, meat tender and juicy enough. There is also a very delicious chawanmushi. Served warm with a soft texture and fragrant aroma.

The Sakura Package will run from March to April 2018. Set menu at Rp 300,000 ++ is perfect for couples who want to enjoy classy Japanese cuisine at affordable prices. The menu is quite varied with an elegant restaurant atmosphere to be an interesting spot to visit.

One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor.
