This time I once again visited one of the restaurants in 5 star hotels with amazing interiors. Raffles Jakarta presents a new concept of buffet dining at Arts Café for 130 years Raffles Culinary Excellence & Legendary Service. In this new concept, still with a variety of lunch buffet dishes.
But we will find a little different than usual, where there are additional some live cooking station that offers amazing sensation. My visit this time to enjoy lunch, looks quite crowded visitors than usual dinner time. As I mentioned in my previous article, this restaurant has a luxurious interior and art that is so dominant in the whole restaurant.
With a large area and of course comfortable dining space. The menu available is quite varied with food from various countries. What makes the Arts Café more attractive is the special dish that changes every time with amazing presentations. One of the signatures that made me always satisfied there is Singapore Chili Crab Bun.
Served beautiful black-colored bun with the stuffed of crab meat and then placed on a thick orange sauce. Soft and tender bun texture is delicious when eaten warm, crab meat is also smooth and very tasty.
Then there are some menus I have never seen before like lobster hammock which is a typical Cambodian food. Pieces of soft lobster meat combined with special Cambodian herbs are then served in the beautiful pandan leaves. Do not forget to taste the typical French Lobster Thermidor really tempting. Fragrant aroma and texture that gives you amazing sensations.
Other Asian foods can also be enjoyed as much. Arts Café can certainly be an impressive lunch or dinner destination. With all you can eat a satisfying concept, elegant interiors and 5-star hotel services that cannot be doubted.

On weekends, you can see the number of guests filling the entire table, it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance . When I had dinner there, they happened to have no available alcohol because they were taking care of licensing and distribution issues. So I brought wine with a corkage fee of IDR 250,000

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor.
