All You Can Eat Dim Sum, 48 Signature

Here is my first time writing story in this website. As my background, of course it's about food hunting story. This time i would like to tell my lunch story at 48 Signature. This restaurant is located at the one of famous spot in Jakarta, Pantai Indah Kapuk. 48 Signature is near the corner of Ruko Gold east.

from place, it's normally chinese theme with dark floor, chairs and table, and some red colors theme. i was ordered quiet variant menus start from Pan fried carott cake, taste sweet.

Then i have Steamed Wanton with Chili Oil Sauce, it's tasty, soft wanton and bit spicy.

Great Fried Shrimp Spring Rolls with Tofu Skin.

Boiled Lotus Rice Cake.

Sweet Pao filled with Salted Egg.

Crystal Dumplings filled with chicken and chives.

Steamed Scezhuan Dumplings, it has tasty sauce.

Steamed Siew Mai.

And don't forget Xiao Long Bao, this one just fine. the dough not quiet firmed enough.

Over all, foods are good, place is nice, service just average and prices is good. just normally dimsum restaurant has price.
