Bright at noon time, Kemang area was quite crowded and always become a fascinating destination with a variety of restaurant choices, unique concepts and varied foods. One of them is Indonesian restaurant which has been running for quite some time and popular in Jakarta society. The outside looks like a classic Indonesian house with a terrace that looks comfortable to relax. More exciting when entering a restaurant that is made properly like a house with a reception area where guests are welcome to register beforehand.
At this luncheon, Nusa Indonesian Gastronomy wants to re-introduce the cuisine of the heritage cuisines with quality local ingredients and cooking techniques also an elegant presentation. With a mature philosophy, the concept to develop Indonesian culinary becomes a purpose and vision of this restaurant.

The main room is surrounded by glass windows so it creates a bright atmosphere that makes it easy for us to take photographs of the dishes. Chef Ragil Imam Wibowo as the chef owner explained he was amazed with food ingredients in Indonesia are diverse and even rarely known to the most of people. He also wants to change the perception that Indonesian food can also be a beautiful and elegant food.
Starting from the appetizer, Karabu Dendeng, processed beef with a consistent slice, then served with lettuce and coconut milk that gives a spicy flavor. Soup Arsik Gindara is also a recommendation that you should try. Prepared fish in the soup thick yellow soup of spices with andaliman (flowering plant from citrus family) that has a distinctive aroma.
Tuna Natinombur with a super-beautiful presentation, perfect red tuna color with soft, fresh texture. Menu that became the favorite of all guests at lunch this time like Kambing Masak Aceh, a braised lamb with spices and Sate Rembige , a beef skewers certainly make everybody addicted. I was impressed with the super-tender quality of lamb, the consistent cuts and the fragrant aroma.
Nusa Indonesian Gastronomy offers an exclusive dinner sensation with a real gourmet menu, but during the day, it's a little different where visitors will feel more casual and relax dining. Also note here is not provided alcohol drinks, but visitors can enjoy it with a request before. Without alcohol, i did enjoy a variety of interesting Indonesian mocktail such as one of the Sayur Asem which is normally a classic Indonesian soup but become a drink that offer a unique and fun sensation.

Back to Jakarta, return to my usual activities. Exploring a restaurant with a variety of concepts into daily routine that i do during a food blogging. Well, this time the opportunity together with Nibble Indonesia, an IOS and Android based app with culinary information feature that provides a reference for us. At this event, along with other Nibble users, i visited one of the most popular seafood restaurant in Jakarta. Cut The Crab operates for a quite time with 4 branches until now. Steak is one of the popular dish in the world that many enthused culinary lovers.
