One of the place to enjoy Taiwanese tea with a classic family tradition is here. Hoshino Tea Time is located in the office building of BTPN, Kuningan. My visit this time along with Foodgasm Indonesia which is an IOS & Android based app with feature of modern and unique food reservation and order.

This Moment is the first time I know Foodgasm Indonesia, once arrived at the restaurant, we just need to open the application and look for the restaurant menu we want to order. All the menus with full price details are in the app. Hoshino Tea Time as its name implies, is a tea house basically with a variety of tea.

Currently Hoshino itself has spread across several countries with the concept of the same Tea house, it's just a little different in Jakarta. In addition to tea, we can also enjoy Japanese & Chinese food because the owner is a Taiwanese, but he is domiciled in Japan.

Here, we can enjoy both warm classic tea and unique modern milk tea. One of them is Flower Blossom Tea, with a beautiful and classic presentation, a small, clear-colored pot with 4 clear mini cups. From the first teapot, tea with flower petals will be filtered to the second teapot and can only be enjoyed afterwards. But to my opinion, tea does not have a flower aroma at all and it taste just fine.

I would have preferred Rose Green Milk Tea to a cold serving, a large glass of tea with a thick foam and a beautiful flower petals on it. The taste of green tea is quite tasted with a sweet fit and the smell of rose is also provide a pleasant sensation.

In addition to tea, we may enjoy a variety of Japanese food such as katsu, karage, or chinese food such as orange chicken & kung-pao chicken. The concept is offered where the following market trends in Jakarta where people here tend to like to eat than just have a drink. The taste of the food offered is classified as a standard casual Japanese restaurant in Jakarta. My favorite this time is Orange Chicken Rice, chicken fried and then smeared with sauce of a thick, sweet and savory.

With friendly service, even though food timing should be improved. For the price offered is quite standard, given the exclusive office area, Hoshino certainly can be an option at lunch time. In addition, Hoshino certainly offers a typical Taiwan tea experience worth a try with a variety of diverse teas and of course good quality.

Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts. Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today.
