 Restoran hotpot sekarang menjadi sebuah pilihan dining yang populer bagi Jakarta community. Restoran yang identik dengan konsep Chinese ini memang diminati banyak orang karena familiar dan memang menarik menjadi pilihan kuliner besama dengan keluarga. Imperial Steam Pot ini baru beroperasi di Februari 2019. Namun dengan di bawah naungan Imperial Group yang memang sudah berpengalaman di bisnis kuliner, tentunya Imperial Steam Pot menawarkan sensasi Chinese dining yang berkualitas.

Beroperasi di Senayan City dengan area yang luas kapasitas 166 orang, lalu tersedia 3 ruang private yang memuat sekitar 10 orang. Pada dasarnya konsep yang ditawarkan cukup similar dengan restoran Chinese lainnya, namun Imperial Steam Pot, sesuai dengan namanya menyajikan aneka hidangan yang di steam langsung di atas meja makan dan memang belum pernah ada di Jakarta. Beberapa menu Steam seperti Shitake Mushroom with Quail Egg & Asparagus, Lettuce White Shimeji Stuffed with Chicken Paste, dan Fish Dumpling dengan presentasi yang menarik seperti bentuk ikan koi dan diisi daging udang. Penyajian steam pot disini cukup unik dengan sistem modern yang bisa disesuaikan waktunya dan mesin steam akan bekerja otomatis.

Selain steam pot, Steamboat juga menjadi pilihan favorit disini. Aneka bahan makanan yang dimasak di dalam kuah yang tersedia 7 pilihan dari szechuan soup, fish soup, herbal chicken soup, tom yum soup, duck soup, mushroom soup, dan hot & sour soup. Masing-masing soup ini memiliki karakter rasa yang berbeda, dari yang kaldu gurih hingga rasa pedas dan asam yang memberikan sensasi. Pilihan steamboat ini tentu beragam dari sayuran, daging ayam, daging sapi hingga seafood. Lalu tersedia aneka bakso dan dumpling serta jamur dan tahu.

Pengalamanku disini cukup berkesan, setiap bahan yang digunakan memiliki kualitas yang baik, szechuan soup yang aku pesan juga memuaskan dengan cita rasa yang kuat dan pedas bikin ketagihan. Daging sapi yang empuk walaupun ada beberapa potong dengan konsistensi ketebalan yang berbeda tetap mengesankan. Untuk harga bisa dibilang lebih terjangkau, set steamboat dimulai dari Rp 198.000 aneka sayuran untuk dua orang dan termahal di harga Rp 398.000 yang terdiri dari aneka seafood segar. Untuk harga soup dimulai dari Rp 45,000, duck soup hingga Rp 75.000, szechuan soup, cukup terjangkau bukan dibandingkan restoran hotpot lainnya.

Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts.
