Enjoyable weekend when i had the opportunity to make bread with Francis Artisan Bakery, one of Jakarta's top quality bakery specialties. Located at the Mall Taman Anggrek, attended by several bloggers and media who are very enthusiastic about this activity.
In addition, the exciting thing is with the presence of Ari Wibowo, a senior actor who has long been involved in Indonesian cinema and he still has an impressive charisma that does not escape the attention of people around Francis Artisan Bakery.
In Bloggers Baker's Day, every participant will be welcome to make bread together with Ari Wibowo. Prior to the manufacturing process, we were briefed on the machines used to produce bread. In addition, the ingredients used of course in good quality to make a good bread. After that, the participants were given a hygiene guideline before starting.
Washing hands thoroughly is the main standard for baking bread. Then use a hat to keep the head area of hair, apron and mask to keep clean during the production area. Guided by expert staff of Francis Aritsan Bakery, we were given directions to make two kinds of bestseller bread those are Choco Banana, bread with chocolate filling, banana slices and cheese on it.
Each participant were welcome to make a bread shape with a dough that has been prepared before. Looks easy, but it turns out that every bakery needs meticulous detail to make bread with a perfect shape and ready for the customer. Once the dough is finished, the bread will proceed with a proofing process that aims to develop bread dough.
After a few minutes, the proven bread will be put into the oven for the baking process. It takes no short time of about 15-20 minutes to produce the perfect bread. When finished, the bread is removed from the oven with a super tempting aroma. Unfortunately some breads look imperfect, but the resulting flavor certainly remains in accordance with the correct standards.
Participants remain enthusiastic after seeing the work of making bread Francis Artisan Bakery. From here, i learned about the correct bread making process, the ingredient information used by Francis Artisan Bakery is a quality ingredient that is indeed made by expert staff of course. Each bread will be selected not only taste but also perfect appearance.

Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts.
