New Normal - Grand Hyatt Jakarta

Bahasa l English

The new normal transition period is going on, in August I could say that many F&B and hotel businesses have started operating again in order to maintain the economy and jobs for people. Likewise, Grand Hyatt Jakarta is currently re-opening the C's Steak & Seafood restaurant where they are running the latest protocol in accordance with government regulations.

I don't have much to say about this restaurant since I have written articles about it several times before but you able to watch the video below. The information I'd like to tell this time is the condition of the dining where the seating area is reduced by 50% so that the restaurant looks more spacious. Then the menu choices became minimized, they decided to only concern the priority dishes such as steak & seafood.

The menu is served in digital form using QR code and all staff wearing mask to be secure. The Le Petit Chef campaign still running as normal in a separate area. For the standard, it is undeniable that this hotel does have a 5-star class. Indeed, there is no new menu here, but you can return to enjoy the experience of having dine-in at a 5-star hotel with premium quality.
The Grand Hyatt team is ready to welcome guests with a safer system. It is also a good idea for each of us to always maintain cleanliness and understand the rules that have been announced to prevent the spread of Covid-19. And it should be better if you make a reservation in advance so that the team there can prepare everything when you get there. Stay safe all.

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors ...

Real Ingredients of Japan, Sushi Maru, PIK, Jakarta

Bahasa l English 2022 is here! Welcoming the new year with joy and enthusiasm. This time I will tell you about a Japanese restaurant in the Golf Island area, PIK which is currently one of the trending destinations in Jakarta. It is undeniable that Japanese cuisine has indeed become one of Jakarta's society's favorites, so many Japanese restaurants can be found here. As a lover of authentic food, I really prefer Japanese restaurants that prioritize quality ingredients and classic tastes, although the current twist food variant is also very interesting. Sushi Maru has been operating since the end of 2021, with a Japanese feel in general using a wooden theme interior throughout the area. There are two floors with a large area capacity. But keep in mind, you should make a reservation before coming here, especially on weekends. One of the top menus here is Japanese Oyster, especially Reiwa Oyster, this dish is only available upon request. With a size that is much larger than the lo...
