Some very memorable dishes such as Double Boiled Soup, a simple dish of tender beef with fragrant broth and the right flavor. Almost every dishes are used chili and pepper, so that in addition to providing not only a fragrant aroma but also a spicy. It is not an over spicy compare to Sichuan cuisines.

Dessert, Baked Glue Pudding in Rice Wine became the most beautiful dish that night. White tiny balls made of sago flour, then served in a dense sauce, a mixture of rice wine, some berries to provide the sour on a beautiful shell-shaped plate.
