 Michelin Star menjadi salah satu standar prestigius untuk dunia kuliner mancanegara. Memang sih di Indonesia belum ada untuk restoran yang terdaftar di penghargaan ini. Tapi untuk Jakarta community tidak perlu khawatir, karena belakangan ini kita bisa lihat ada bermunculan beberapa cabang restoran Michelin Star yang membuka outletnya di Jakarta.

Salah satunya Kam's Roast. Outlet ini berasal dari Hong Kong yang telah mendapatkan Michelin Star selama beberapa tahun berturut-turut. Di Hong Kong sendiri, Kam's Roast hanya sebuah rumah makan yang sederhana dengan kapasitas yang tidak terlalu besar, namun kalian akan melihat antrian yang sangat panjang sepanjang hari.

Sedangkan disini, Kam's Roast dibangun dengan konsep yang lebih casual, selayaknya sebuah restoran modern. Selain itu yang membedakan antara outlet di Jakarta dengan Hong Kong yaitu penggunaan bahan utama menu andalan restoran ini. Di Hong Kong, kalian akan menemukan daging angsa panggang manjadi hidangan utama, sedangkan di Jakarta, berhubung adanya peraturan dari pemerintah sehingga mereka menggunakan daging bebek panggang.

Secara tekstur dan rasa, tentunya kedua jenis daging ini sangat berbeda. Namun memang mau daging angsa ataupun bebek, keduanya memiliki daya tarik masing-masing. Seperti restoran Chinese pada umumnya, kalian bisa memesan satu atau setengah ekor bebek panggang. Harga yang ditawarkan memang tergolong tinggi untuk rata-rata Jakarta community, untuk satu porsi bebek panggang berkisar dari Rp 230.000-510.000++. Dari segi rasa cukup mengagumkan, tapi sesuai dengan pengalamanku sebelumnya di Hong Kong, cita rasa yang disajikan sangat berbeda karakter. 

Tapi jangan khawatir, seperti biasa jika kalian reservasi menggunakan Chope bisa dapat diskon 35%, WOW! Bisa booking dari Senin-Jumat, bahkan tersedia jam dari pagi hingga malam lho. Buat kalian yang belum mencoba, wajib banget dong mampir kesini. Tidak perlu jauh-jauh ke Hong Kong, disini kalian juga bisa menikmati cita rasa restoran yang disesuaikan dengan standar Michelin Star. Dan jangan lupa, booking melalui Chope ya.

Phoenix Gastrobar, a new concept presented by HWG, is one of the newest brands by the pioneers in the restaurant, bar, and club industry today.
