Rebirth of Sailendra, JW Marriot Jakarta

Bahasa l English This restaurant at the JW Marriot hotel in Jakarta is definitely no strange to the Jakarta community. Sailendra has been the main restaurant in this hotel since its opening in 2001. It is located in the lobby area so that guests can easily access it. In April, the Sailendra returns with a new look after previously undergoing renovations for several months.
The concept presented is a more modern, contemporary, open kitchen and multi split-seating dining area. Still with the restaurant layout which is quite similar to before but you can pay attention to the decorations and all the furniture that is replaced to be newer. With a capacity of 263 seats, then there is a private room with a built-in wine cellar that adds a luxurious impression.

The menu offered is in the form of a variety of international cuisines that are ready to spoil your tongue. On our visit at lunch this time, we sampled a number of interesting a la carte menus such as satay rembiga, oxtail soup, yellow rice and some inspired menus from Lombok. Indonesian flavors combined with quality ingredients that enhance the class of local food.
