A week ago there was good news for Thai food lovers and who wanted to eat a lot. Satoo is famous for buffet restaurant, the concept of all day dining at the Shangri La Jakarta hotel presents a culinary experience of Thailand by bringing the original chef from this White Elephant land. For one week, visitors were be able to enjoy a variety of Thai specialties which are certainly popular.
With a large enough area, a crowded atmosphere especially during lunch hours is clearly seen in this restaurant. You certainly can find a variety of dishes with a large number and interesting of course. But on this special occasion, of course i must try Thai dishes like Som Tum, a fresh Thai salad dish, authentic soups like Tom Kha Gai & Tom Yam Goong with amazing taste sensations.
For lovers of Thai food it is certainly no strange to Pad Thai, this Thai-style rice noodle with a strong savory taste. The main menu is prepared like Ped Kee Moi or processed fried duck meat with spices and herbs that provide a fragrant aroma. There is also Pla Kapong Sam-Rod, processed lamb meat with concentrated and super savory curry.
For the price offered is very standard in accordance with the experience we get only Rp. 358,000 ++ per person. In addition to delicious taste, good quality ingredients and certainly supported by services like 5 star hotels. Royal Thai week only lasts one week to 16th September 2018. It was totally great lunch experience.

Black Owl, PIK, Jakarta

Bahasa l English A favorite destination for the Jakarta community, which is famous for its hawker centers, from street food, restaurants to elegant lounge bars. This week, another good news for restaurant and bar fans, Black Owl is back in operation from the previous location in the PIK 1 area, now they are presented new location with a different concept. As soon as you pass through this area, you can clearly see the Black Owl with a black building with an owl logo on it. Seen the parking area is quite large and still not too crowded during the day. Once inside, we will pass through a hallway with a very high ceiling. My suggestion is it's best to make a reservation in advance to save your table. Black Owl comes with a restaurant and bar concept, a very stunning interior with dominant dark colors such as black and dark wooden material throughout the large room. The dim lights look calm and elegant, and what's amazing is the giant LCD screen that stretches to the ceiling. There

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
