Good news for dessert lovers! Cassis Kitchen is one restaurant with European Modern Dining concept which has classy and elegant interior. The several times, I visited this restaurant to try the unique and interesting menus. Recently, Cassis Kitchen offers the thrill of dessert that is worth a try.

In this new dessert introduction, Cassis Kitchen invites some Jakarta foodies who are quite active. The hot afternoons are favorable weather to enjoy the delicious cold dessert. As I mentioned earlier in the previous article, Cassis Kitchen is built with elegant classic European interior concept, dominant with strong dark colors and certainly has many beautiful photo spots.

The room is quite spacious and equipped with natural sunlight so it is very easy to take photos during the day. In accordance with the theme of this event, Cassis Kitchen presents some new dessert that will be introduced to the society of Jakarta. Starting from Pommelime, the dessert menu is bright green, with lemon, dill, moscato jelly and granny smith sorbet that is also stunning green. Fresh sour taste is very important here will certainly be a very delicious dessert. Soft texture let alone moscato jelly that gives a unique sensation.

We can also try a sweet dessert like Yuzu Posset, a round glass with a gorgeous red Cherry Glass layer, then a piece of grape on it, a grapefruit sphere posset with matcha sweet crunch. Creamy and sweet flavors blend well produce rich flavors. But somehow it is getting too much after several spoons.

The next dessert was a Noisettes, this dessert is very interesting and the first time I see dessert with a shaped like walnut with gold shiny coated. The outer layer of hazelnut contains caramel onctueux which is a caramel cream with salt butter and praline crunchy sponge producing a creamy and legit flavor. Noisettes being one of the dessert favorites you should try for sure.

These three desserts certainly have different characters and flavors. But certainly all have a remarkable presentation. The varied elements combine well and have a sense of fun. Also of course Cassis Kitchen is one of the exclusive and elegant restaurant in Jakarta will provide an amazing dining experience.

One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend.
