Ho Hung Kee, Hysan Place, Hong Kong

Bahasa l English Still, around Hong Kong, I again visited one of the Michelin Star restaurant which is also popular with its signature dish, Wanton Noodles. Starting from a casual eatery in the Causeway Bay area, now they operate at Hysan Place. This little history of Ho Hung Kee was founded in 1946 by Ho Wing Fong and his wife. Don't be surprised if when you get there, you will see a scene crowded by visitors waiting for the queue. Please take the number on the queue machine in front of the restaurant and you will be called according to the number. There are a few advantages if you are not too many people, so you might be able to get a seat right away, but get ready to sit together with strangers. Each visitor will immediately be served Chinese tea without having to order. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very crowded and the queue still looks long in front of the restaurant, especially during dinner hours. Without waiting a long time, the menu I tasted was...

Mie Rica Kejaksaan, Bandung, West Java

Another day in Bandung, great idea for breakfast should be noodles. As information, there's a good spot for having typical chinese noodle around Braga area. It is called Mie Rica Kejaksaan, from it name, sure we know they are using pork as meat ingredient. At the morning, this place is quite crowded by customers. And it place does not really huge, only about 5-10 small tables in restaurant. No air conditioner  here, only using fan around. The main dish here is Mie Rica Pedas . Noodles topped with minced pork. It marinated in thick spicy sauce.
