Chef Marinka's Saturday Brunch, Asia Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta

Bahasa l English

Good news this month with the presence of Chef Marinka in collaboration with Asia Restaurant, which is located at the Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan area. It's no stranger, of course, to chef Marinka, who is an Indonesian celebrity chef who was the judge of the Masterchef Junior competition in the last season and also other television shows. In October 2022, guests can enjoy a variety of chef Marinka's signature dishes and even meet and greet with chef Marinka.
This collaboration is carried out from now until the end of December 2022, where you can book Asia Restaurant every Saturday with a variety of buffet dishes and all-you-can-eat. Here you will find a section that presents menus created by chef Marinka. In early October I had the opportunity to taste some of the dishes that were inspired by chef Marinka from her grandmother's recipes passed down in the family.

Comfort Indonesian specialties such as hasank salad, steamed cuppa beef, satay, and spicy and sour fish sauce are quite familiar to Indonesian appetites. Chef Marinka's menu will only be available every Saturday brunch, and you have the opportunity to meet with chef Marinka on the first Saturday of every month. So you can come on 3rd Nov and 10th Dec 2022.
But don't worry, on other Saturdays, you can still enjoy a variety of dishes from chef Marinka's recipe. For this brunch price, IDR 568.000++ per pax from 12.00pm-15.00pm. Book now and get attractive promos using BCA and Mandiri credit cards for Pay 1 for 2. Bringing family, and friends or holding a birthday event can be a good option.

Black Owl, PIK, Jakarta

Bahasa l English A favorite destination for the Jakarta community, which is famous for its hawker centers, from street food, restaurants to elegant lounge bars. This week, another good news for restaurant and bar fans, Black Owl is back in operation from the previous location in the PIK 1 area, now they are presented new location with a different concept. As soon as you pass through this area, you can clearly see the Black Owl with a black building with an owl logo on it. Seen the parking area is quite large and still not too crowded during the day. Once inside, we will pass through a hallway with a very high ceiling. My suggestion is it's best to make a reservation in advance to save your table. Black Owl comes with a restaurant and bar concept, a very stunning interior with dominant dark colors such as black and dark wooden material throughout the large room. The dim lights look calm and elegant, and what's amazing is the giant LCD screen that stretches to the ceiling. There

Tom's by Tom Aikens, The Langham Jakarta

Bahasa l English A sunny weekend where the pandemic conditions in Indonesia have been getting better lately. Activities in public spaces are getting normal, so we can find some places with crowds. One of them is this restaurant which took a few weeks for me to make a reservation in advance because it was full every weekend. The Langham Jakarta has only been operating this year and has attracted great enthusiasm from Jakarta's community. No exception with the restaurant which was built with a luxurious British concept and developed by a chef from England, Tom Aikens who manages a Michelin Star restaurant in London. Carrying the name Tom's by Tom Aikens with a variety of classic British dishes. The location of this restaurant is on the L floor, the reception area, and arguably the 62nd floor. A restaurant with a large enough area capacity, high ceilings, touches of white, blue, red sofas, and gold-tone lamps give the room an English-style atmosphere. Seen quite crowded visitors
