It has been a long time since I did the brunch activity which is usually available in restaurants and hotels. Basically, LBRTY is not a new place, they have been running since 2019, but it is undeniable that the impact of the covid-19 has had a big wave on the entire business in Jakarta or the global world. Currently, LBRTY only operates until 9.00pm, following the government protocol, reducing entertainment, and limiting customers.

Last weekend, I came back here after more than a year. But this is the first time I am sharing the information about this place on the blog site. I will tell you from the interior, which does look luxurious, colors like brown, cream, gold, and marble patterns make the atmosphere of this place feel so elegant., although maybe for some people it feels quite intimidating.

You could say the concept of the restaurant and lounge around this area is premium. Both based on the location, concept, interior, and menu offered. The main concept of LBRTY is indeed a bar with various cocktail creations that you can also request according to your preferences. Of course, they do provide an expert and experienced mixologist behind the bar.

The guests can also taste satay or skewers with international flavors and in accordance with the high-end restaurant. The menu is quite diverse, from the chicken skewer, beef, lamb, and pork. Each choice of meat has different spices and seasonings.

In 2021, LBRTY offers weekend brunches to provide a new experience for guests. Of course, before that, they also carried out the new normal protocol regularly according to the government's mandatory. The list for this weekend brunch is available a package for two persons. There is 2 kind of packages choice:

1. IDR 299,000 = 2 dishes & 2 mocktails
2. IDR 399,000 = 2 dishes & 2 cocktails

Each dish can be distinguished from the skewer between the chicken, beef, lamb or pork. Likewise with side dishes such as pilaf rice, garlic rice, and flatbread. Each dish is also complemented with vegetables so it is more balanced. Apart from this menu, there are also two kinds of pasta, one using beef and another one shrimp. From the appearance, it may look simple, a rice bowl with a fairly high price, but I can say there are prices and quality.

Each ingredient used certainly has the standard that does offer elegant brunch following the premium style in Jakarta. In addition, the flavor offered also take inspiration from various countries to provide experiences to enjoy the different skewer also include champagne cocktail, adding to the extravagant experience.

Monogram is one of the most trending cafes currently operating here. It does not take long to attract the attention of foodies in Jakarta and certainly other culinary enthusiasts.
