Another time i attended an event organised by one popular restaurant reviewer app that has been available in Jakarta and other cities, that is FoodyID. An app based on apple or android with cool feature that has become people needs especially for youth generation. With many information about restaurant or eateriy that has been trending in town, then it has interesting article about food or we may read various of review about dining experience.

This function was held at the beautiful cafe with name Fish & Chips House. Before, this store has different name, but this time sure they have nice called brand and also easy to remember. This cafe is considered as minimalist, but it built with modern concept, cafe filled with dominant white color from it wall to the tables too. Then it is settle up with pretty blue couches and there's a huge mirrors hanging on wall that gave a wider looks of space.

From it name, sure most of you are familiar with this kind of dish, that is Fish & Chips. Fish wrapped in flour then it deep fried in hot oil and served along with some sidedish like veggies, potato or any else. Of course during this visit i must try this main course. Fish has moist texture inside and crunchy outside skin also cooked well done with nice seasoning. Other than that, it served along with soft and creamy mashed potato.

Other than fish & chips, there also available various other dishes. One of my favorite should the Dori Fish Sambal Matah (Indonesian spesial chili sauce). With slice of fresh dori in golden brown color has nice texture poured with tasty and spicy Sambal Matah.

Then it has Salted Egg Prawn, this food has been trending in town lately especially based on salted egg seasoning. Only this one should be better is eaten along with white rice, since it is super salty dish to have alone.

At this function, we also met the owner of this cafe or restaurant, Mrs. Santi. She is very kindly served all foods to us and looks very excited welcome all customers come in. Even though super crowded during that time, but i may say she was totally did her best for service.

Each dishes are served with nice presentation, and quite fast. Even though there's a bunch of inconsistent on food taste and texture, i could take it acceptable since it was super crowded more than expected.

Honestly my dining experience here was totally over fulled. Mrs. Santi served all kind of food she have with huge of serving and many variant. Other than main courses, Mrs. Santi also served few kind of dessert and sidedish like pannacotta, baked macaroni and schotel. I have tried all foods there, with homemade kind of taste was really good.

For price, i can tell it has an affordable rate than restaurant spotted inside shopping mall. Roughly about Rp 50-100,000 we could enjoy various of main course also fresh smoothies drink too.
