Dinner time on weekend always great moment to hunting new food spots. Here now i went to Fctry Bistro & Bar, it's located at Lippo Mall puri area. It is not exactly inside the mall, but you need to out of the lobby and take a side of the mall. I am not quiet familiar yet with this mall, and it is huge mall indeed. Fctry Bistro & Bar is western restaurant with rustic concept, dark color and using pipes for the wall decoration. menu here, mostly their main dish is using meats as the main ingredients, especially pork and beef. But don't worry, it also got salmon, dory or any salads there. Before start our dish, we welcomed by bunch of breads.
