One of best Lombok cuisine is of course Ayam Taliwang. As by local drive recommended, Ayam Taliwang Irama is one of best restaurant to have this food. As i heard, former President of Republic Indonesia,  Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono had been visited this restaurant before. Even during afternoon, it was really crowded while i went there. They have open side restaurant with little space of garden. But we also may have a seat inside the restaurant. What not so glad was the waiters are not really welcoming customer, when i need to approached the cashier to get the menu by myself. And i need to wait for quite moment to take my order since waiters are not around. Good thing was they do served food really fast. It only took about 10-15 minutes to set all on table.
