It has been a month for me to stay at home, especially during this moment of large-scale social restriction running by the government caused by the pandemic covid-19 virus. I also can not visit any restaurant, cafe or other places, since it is not comfortable and safe, it is better just to stay home. So here these times, I will review the restaurants that I visited before but had not been written in my blog journal. This time Lobo Italian Bistro, not a new restaurant. But the concept offered is quite different than the previous year.
Previously, this restaurant offered a variety of international dishes. Now they are more specialized in the typical Italian menu. Located in the Ritz-Carlton Mega Kuningan hotel, it is undeniable that this dining has an elegant interior and a luxurious feel to the area. It's just that in my opinion, some sides look old-style, classic touches and kind of '90's especially the colors of the carpet, but the marble pattern on some sides and pillars is interesting.
Talking about Italian dining is definitely identical with cheese, pizza, and pasta. Likewise, with Lobo, a variety of quality Italian dishes are served with beautiful and attractive presentations. Starting from the Carpaccio Di Manzo (IDR 120K ++), this classic Italian dish is arguably one of the favorites. Sliced beef with a balanced thickness is served with parmesan cheese, arugula, poached egg, and black peppercorn beef. Good quality beef certainly gives the perfect dish.
Pilla Di Tonno (IDR 120K ++) Can also be an interesting appetizer. Cubes of fresh tuna are combined with oranges and avocados so they are rich in flavor and refreshing. Roasted sesame vinaigrette also added so that it adds a fragrant aroma. For pasta, there is Pappardelle Ala Napolitano ( 145K ++), pasta with Italian meatballs that sure different than local meatballs here. Full minced meat is formed to meatballs combined with compote tomato so that it is red and cheese rich in flavor.
For pizza choices it quite diverse and even some vegetarian pizzas too such as Margharita (IDR 135K ++), Quattro Formaggie (IDR 150K ++), and many others. The size of the pizza is also large enough for sharing around 4-5 persons. Don't forget to taste the super beautiful dessert like Tiramisu Distrutto (IDR 85K ++), Torta Di Lava (IDR 85K ++), or enjoy a typical Indonesian reconstructed dessert, there is also Cendol )IDR 75K ++)
